My name is Mr. Emeka, I am a 54-year-old retired civil servant living in the heart of Enugu. My heart sank. Dialysis? In this Nigeria? Where will I get the millions? How many people go for dialysis and come back the same? I cried that night. I immediatel started feeling like a burden to my family. I tried all sorts of “cleansers” that just made me weak and gave me running stomach, but the swelling stayed.
